Hi, This tab is for me to tell you about me so here you go: I was born and raised on a small farm in a small town in Missouri. I have a great foundation in hard work and business ethics. Before I got my real estate license in California in 1991 I worked in the corporate world, in the US and Internationally. I have bought and sold homes in CA, TX, NV and Arizona and I am fully versed on how the banks manage short sales and bank owned properties. So I can help you with these processes as well. To get away from it all, I have little projects that I enjoy: Horses, Cars, Boats, and Bikes with or without a motor, even planes before the crash, but I flew again. I love to ski both h20 and snow. I taught my daughter how to snow and h20 ski when she 5 and 7 respectfully. I am and will always be a Yankee's Fan. Now, if there is one thing that I have learned, telling you about me may or may not add much to the mix. With that said, I am committed to it being about “YOU”. So remember: There are things in real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, they can be complicated and daunting. Food for thought: There are over 60 people involved in a "normal real estate transaction", You can about double that with a short sale or bank owned deal.
